Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided deep-rest practice where the body sleeps and the min stays gently aware. In the state between waking and dreaming, the subconcious mind becomes more receptive, allowing stress patterns, emotions, and mental habits to soften and reorganize. No effort, no movement, Just deep rest, reset, and inner listening.
